Imagery is an active, adult community located in Mount Holly, NC, north of Charlotte. The neighborhood occupies 300 acres on Mountain Island Lake on a scenic peninsula directly across the lake from Latta Place Nature Preserve. Not only are the homes in the community beautiful, but the views and amenities are as well. Many homes have water views and are surrounded by nature and hiking trails. The HOA amenities include several amenity cabins, a community pool, several sports courts, an active lifestyle schedule, and included lawn maintenance.

Before Imagery was imagined, the land was the source of creativity, passion, and creation. The land, formerly known as Little Italy, was owned for years by an influential Charlotte couple, Andreas and Regine Bechtler. The Bechtlers are known for their large influence on the city, most presently with their establishment of the Bechtler Museum of Modern Art in uptown. Their passion for art extends beyond this museum and reflects right back to Little Italy. Now, Imagery is an active adult community of 483 homes.
